Project Assignment

A mechanical engineering company commissioned WiKon-IT to plan and implement a comprehensive IT & System Setup. The focus was on professional hosting consulting, the configuration of a suitable hosting system with domain and e-mail setup, and the complete configuration of the company’s e-mail accounts. In addition, a new Windows notebook was set up, the required software installed, and extensive NAS consulting was provided for future data management and backup solutions.

The first step was the selection and setup of a suitable hosting provider, including the transfer and migration of existing domains from the previous host. Afterwards, the E-Mail accounts were created, configured, and connected to the client’s devices. The new Windows notebook was fully prepared, including system configuration, installation of all required software, and integration into the e-mail communication. Finally, the client received individual consulting on the selection and integration of a suitable NAS system for future data backup and collaboration within the network.

Project Completion

After completion of all tasks, all systems were successfully tested, confirming the stability of the new IT environment. The client now benefits from a centrally managed, secure, and clearly structured infrastructure. Thanks to the optimized e-mail communication, the new hosting setup, and the configured Windows system, a smooth workflow is ensured. In addition, the NAS consulting provides a solid foundation for future data backup expansion and collaboration within the network.
