Project Assignment

As part of this project, WiKon-IT took over the complete IT support & hardware setup for a client. The goal was to modernize the entire IT infrastructure, align it precisely with operational requirements, and ensure all systems were fully operational. In addition to detailed consulting on suitable hardware selection, the project included the complete installation, configuration, and integration of all systems into the existing work environment.

The work included consulting on the selection and procurement of suitable computers and monitors, the complete setup of all devices including BIOS updates, as well as the installation and configuration of the required software solutions. In addition, e-mail accounts were set up and synchronized both on the hosting side and within Outlook. Finally, WiKon-IT provided ongoing support and technical assistance to ensure a stable and smooth IT operation.
